Remembering feminine wisdom
Women circles have always existed across cultures in history. No matter what societies or civilizations, women’s instincts have always led them into gathering with one another. In these spaces, they were seen, heard, understood, and supported.
Like the seasons, women innately embody unparalleled abilities.
~ The Maiden and her ability to bring joy, courage, zest of life.
~ The Wild Woman and her ability to bring strength, creation, passion.
~ The Mother and her ability to bring nurture, protection, relationship harmony.
~ The Wise Woman and her ability to bring discernment, wisdom, embodied power.
In these circles, we are offered a space to tap back into our unique, and sometimes suppressed gifts of the feminine template:
🌹 to release unhealthy masculine shields placed upon us, for example hustle culture, over-doing, carrying the weight of the world alone
🌹 to share our stories and voices. Remembering the power of expressing our heart, as well as receiving someone else’s
🌹 to feel the loving support of other women — a natural healing elixir
The desire to love & connect
On my personal journey, I’ve witnessed in myself and others how most (if not all) woundings can be traced back to our deep desire to feel loved and connected. As much as we wish to deny it, perhaps in the name of independence, there’s a primal need in us that yearns for deep connection and love.
In these circles, connection practices are a key part: first with ourselves, then with others.
If you've been lonely on your journey, know that there are many others who crave the same community and support as you.
It's my intention to bring these wise, loving hearts together, so we may love and support each other well.

In essence, this is a space for women to come together, simple as that!
Throughout history, women have always naturally found themselves in gatherings; whether to celebrate, to share, to problem-solve, or just to be with one another. When women come together, there’s a specific frequency that the space instantly attunes to. The feminine heart is one that's full of love, and this love can be expressed in many different forms – soft, open, compassionate, fierce, devotional, wise, intuitive, playful, and so much more.
In this masculine energy dominated society, modern women often find themselves drained and deeply craving a space to just slow down, soften and relax. Especially when going through challenging seasons of life, perhaps all we yearn for is a space where we feel heard, seen, understood, and loved gently. A women’s circle is a space designed for all of the above to happen.

Anyone woman who desires a space to connect deeper with themselves, as well as others. No experience is needed, as Casey will guide you through the whole experience.

Every circle looks a little different depending on the theme, energy of that period of time, and what Casey intuitively feels is most needed for the women joining. Below is a brief outline of what could be expected:
✽ Circle opening
✽ Sharing of astrology interpretations that are relevant to the time period
✽ Group connection exercises
✽ Guided energetic or somatic practices e.g. breathwork, visualizations, movements
✽ Guided self-enquiring practices, e.g. journaling, meditation
✽ Group sharing
✽ Circle closing

Once your seat is confirmed with payment, refund is not possible. You may choose to transfer your seat to a third party, or to another circle for yourself to attend (within 6 months period).
